I am writing this letter to Thank You for the incredible eye-lid lift and eye brow lift you did for me this past June. Since I am in the beauty industry and own my own hair salon, I work with clients every day, and would hear comments like; you look tired, or are you feeling all right? I was really at my wits end. The final straw was a picture that was taken of me in Hawaii this past March, as I celebrated my 50th birthday. Upon seeing that picture, I booked in a consultation.
My entire experience with you and your staff has been wonderful. Everything you had discussed prior, during and after the surgery was exactly how it happened. You are a gifted surgeon, and you have a genuine interest in your patients. Your knowledge and expertise is demonstrated in the work that you do. It has been 11 months since my surgery and since I just had my last follow-up appointment with you, I decided it was time to put my feelings on paper.
I have HATED the way my eyes look for so many years that it’s hard to remember when I was ever pleased with them. I’m one of those folks who inherited very droopy upper eyelids (both of my parents had them). With my genetic background and age I was doomed with this look since a relatively young age.
I, like so many folks was terrified of considering cosmetic surgery. I had toyed with the idea for years before finally asking a physician (whom I trusted) her opinion. She immediately gave me your name and the rest is history. From the first moment I visited your office, you have been patient, kind and thoughtful. You were very understanding of my fears and generously provided names of patients who had previously had the surgery I was contemplating. After speaking to your patients, I was sure I wanted to do this.
I will not lie and say that I wasn’t a little frightened after surgery when I saw myself in the mirror. You reassured me that all was normal; I was really touched by your genuine concern about how I felt. Whenever I called your office with a question (before & after surgery), you and your staff were patient, professional, and thorough. You gave me such a ‘refreshed’ look without blatantly changing my appearance. So many people asked me what I had done because I look so well rested (which is just what you told me folks would say). You have no idea how differently I feel now – I can actually see my upper eyelashes that I haven’t been able to do for some years! I enjoy applying eye makeup & FINALLY after many years; I look like I’m awake and not ‘dog tired’ all the time!!

It has been two years since my nasal surgery. When I was sitting in your office for the final follow-up, I read through the pages of a book of patients’ letters. I think it is a wonderful collection of stories of people just like me who were pleased with the outcome of their surgery.
More importantly, the book serves as a personal recommendation for your new patients visiting for the first time, wondering if the surgery they are contemplating is the right thing to do.
I was extremely happy with my decision to have the surgery, my choice in you and your staff and the total outcome, from recovery until now. During each step of the process you explained everything, made me feel comfortable, and were completely professional and caring during recovery.
Surgery of any kind is no small matter, but when someone elects to have surgery that will change their appearance, it is essential they go into it with a good feeling. I knew everything was going to be a success because you took the time to explain what would take place through the video imaging, expressed what would happen during surgery, how long it would take and what the recovery would be like. The fact that the surgery was about 3 hours and that I had very little bruising confirmed you are indeed a perfectionist and great at what you do!
I cannot say thank you enough for a job well done – only that if any of your patients would like to speak to someone regarding the experience, I would be happy to talk to them.

Dear Person-in-the-Waiting Room,
If you are anything like me, you’re sitting there with two questions on your mind…
“Am I doing the right thing?” and, “Is Dr. Greco the right person for the job?”
As for the answer to the first question I encourage you to look not in the mirror, the TV, glamour magazines, or event the faces of you family and friends, but in your heart. If you take a few deep breaths, pause for a moment, and listen carefully, the answer will come.
And if as happened to me – the answer is “yes, I want to do this,” then you’re ready to consider the second question, “Is Dr. Greco the right person for the job?”
For this question, let me assure you, the answer is unequivocally “YES.” And here’s why:
From the first consultation through the last follow up visit, Dr. Greco and his staff exhibit a rare and unfaltering combination of competency and compassion. Dr. Greco takes great pride in his work, and goes the distance to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction. Case in point: He called me at home, not only hours after the surgery, but the next day and the day after that and even on Christmas day!
And as for the results of the procedure, I could not have envisioned a more impactful yet natural-looking outcome. The evidence for which has come from the myriad of comments about how “refreshed,” “alive” and “good” I look without any mention or question as to the procedure itself.

I was very nervous before my eye surgery and neck lift. I kept going over the instructions in my mind time and again. They seemed to overwhelm me. But after talking to Dr. Greco on my pre-op visit, he reassured me everything would be fine. He really helped to calm my fears and help me relax. That is until the morning of my surgery! Upon entering the office, I told the staff this was my last chance to run before Dr. Greco arrived. We all laughed. Everyone was so nice to me and reassuring, that I quickly recovered my composure.
