Meet Dr. Greco

Timothy M. Greco, MD, FACS, is Philadelphia’s most renowned facial cosmetic plastic surgeon. His practice and state-certified, private, state-of-the-art surgical center are located at 2 Bala Plaza (adjacent to Saks Fifth Avenue) in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

Dr. Greco is double board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Greco's aesthetic surgical practice, Greco MD, focuses solely on plastic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head, and neck. He is also the adjunct assistant professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Division of Facial Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Greco is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and currently holds medical licenses for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Minnesota.

Experienced Thought Leader

With over 30 years of experience in facial plastic surgery, Dr. Greco has authored numerous papers and chapters on facial plastic surgery.

He has provided instruction as part of the teaching faculty for courses in rhinoplasty, minimally invasive facial procedures, and endoscopic facial plastic surgery. Additionally, he has presented clinical research in facial plastic surgery at the national meeting of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Greco regularly trains physicians throughout the United States on new facial procedures and techniques; and has served as a key opinion leader and medical consultant for Abbvie Allergan Facial Aesthetics.

Dr. Greco was chosen to be a faculty injector for the production of the PaletteSM instructional CD "Expert Injection Techniques." He also was a faculty member and key planner for the CME activity with PaletteSM entitled "Anatomical Context of Facial Aesthetics."

He is part of the PaletteSM Education Faculty, where he trains physicians and nurse injectors in the aesthetic application of neuromodulators (like BOTOX®, Dysport®, and XEOMIN®) and fillers (JUVEDERM®, Restylane®, Perlane®, Radiesse®, and Sculptra®).
