Timothy M. Greco, MD, FACS, is a Philadelphia facial cosmetic plastic surgeon who is double board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. His aesthetic surgical practice focuses solely on plastic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head and neck. He is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, Division of Facial Plastic Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

An In-Depth Education
A native of Norristown, PA, Timothy M. Greco, M.D. received his BA in Biology from Lafayette College and his medical degree from Hahnemann University, where he graduated in 1989 with honors in Anatomy, Pharmacology, and Surgery.
Dr. Greco received his Doctorate of Medicine from Hahnemann University School of Medicine and did his residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, specializing in head and neck surgery. He completed further training in facial plastic surgery with an accredited fellowship through the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Birmingham, Alabama and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
An Experienced Thought Leader
Dr. Greco has authored several papers on facial plastic surgery and co-authored a chapter in Facial Plastic Surgery Clinics of North America. He has provided instruction for courses in endoscopic facial plastic surgery and minimally invasive facial procedures, and has presented clinical research in facial plastic surgery at the national meeting of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Additionally, Dr. Greco regularly teaches physicians throughout the United States on new facial procedures and techniques and has served as a key opinion leader and medical consultant for Allergan and Medicis.
He is part of the BOTOX® National Education Faculty, where he trains other physicians in the aesthetic application of BOTOX and JUVÉDERM®. He also serves as a faculty trainer for Restylane® and Dysport™. He has served on the editorial advisory panels for multiple aesthetic journals. He has been featured on multiple occasions in national and local media.

In the December 2003 issue of MainLine Today, Dr. Greco was named by his peers as one of the top 4 facial plastic surgeons in the Greater Philadelphia area. Also, the February 2003 issue of Philadelphia Magazine recognized Dr. Greco as a "Top Plastic Surgeon" in the Delaware Valley as voted by plastic surgeons, dermatologists and other aesthetic specialists. The list highlights Dr. Greco's excellence in several facial aesthetic procedures including rhinoplasty, fat injections, and face lift in Philadelphia. Dr. Greco was voted "Best Plastic Surgeon" in Philadelphia Style Magazine's "Best of Philly 2004," "Best of Philly 2005" and "Best of Philly 2010" issues. He was voted best BOTOX doctor in Philadelphia Magazine's "Best of 2009" issue.
